Project Manager – Digital Transformation – SaaS

Location: London / Hybrid
Salary: Competitive salary + benefits

We’re working with an established organisation undergoing a significant digital transformation, and they’re looking for a Project Manager to help design, build and scale a new technology-enabled service proposition. This is a varied, high-impact role sitting across strategy, proposition development, transformation and operational improvement. You’ll take ideas from concept through to implementation, creating the frameworks, processes and toolkits needed to deliver services consistently at scale.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop a new digital service proposition, identifying customer needs, market segments and opportunities
  • Turn existing services and expertise into structured, scalable propositions
  • Build frameworks, toolkits, processes and guidance to support consistent delivery
  • Lead the implementation of new solutions and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
  • Provide insight, analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Support the development and rollout of a consistent account management approach
  • Facilitate workshops and coordinate activity across multiple teams
  • Develop reporting and track progress against key transformation initiatives
  • Contribute to the organisation’s next three-year strategy and translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable plans

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years’ experience within consulting, advisory, strategy or a similar environment
  • Experience taking new products or services to market
  • Experience implementing new tools, systems or business processes
  • Strong project management and delivery capability
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Ability to turn complex information into clear plans, presentations and deliverables
  • Excellent communication and PowerPoint skills
