About The Role

Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Project Manager to join their dynamic agency team in Sunderland. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of digital projects, including websites, applications, and marketing campaigns. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and a passion for digital innovation. You'll work with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, contributing to their digital success in the North East.

  • Manage the full lifecycle of digital projects from brief to launch.
  • Define project scope, requirements, and key performance indicators (KPIs) with clients.
  • Coordinate with design, development, and content teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage client expectations and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues.
  • Ensure all digital deliverables meet quality standards and brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of web development processes, UI/UX design principles, and digital marketing.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is essential.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Jira, or Trello.
