DIGITAL PROJECT / ACCOUNT MANAGER

Leatherhead, Surrey

Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days WFH
Full-time onsite during 3-month probation period
Salary: £30–40K

Our client is an award-winning, independent Digital Creative Agency based in Surrey and featured in Design Week’s Top 100 UK independent agencies. Established for over 16 years, they are a friendly and supportive team of digital specialists working with some fantastic global brands. They have a reputation for producing high-end creative work, from immersive digital experiences and interactive campaigns to AR, websites, email, social media, holograms and 3D content.

They are now looking for a Digital Project / Account Manager with around 3–5 years’ similar agency-side experience to join their team. This is a genuinely blended role combining hands-on digital project delivery with client relationship management. We’re looking for someone who can keep multiple projects running smoothly whilst also being confident, personable and credible in front of clients.

You’ll work across a varied mix of digital projects including social, email marketing, web pages, web banners, video content and larger integrated campaigns and product launches, so broad digital experience is preferred rather than someone whose experience is focused on just one channel. The project/account team is not sales-target focused. The emphasis is on delivering brilliant work, building strong client relationships and becoming a trusted day-to-day partner to clients.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
