It has an adviser and customer offering spanning financial advice, investment platforms, multi-asset investment solutions, and discretionary fund management. Affluent encompasses the financial planning business, Quilter Financial Planning, the Quilter Investment Platform and Quilter Investors, the multi-asset investment solutions business.

We are seeking a highly skilled, forward thinking, Digital Proposition specialist with experience as a digital product owner to join our Digital team.
The successful candidate should be enthusiastic, collaborative, and able to work in a dynamic environment; being able to work closely with stakeholders, internal and third-party delivery teams and lead the product team to ensure successful delivery of high-quality digital products and services.

In this role you will be the Product owner for key digital initiatives, owning the definition, development and delivery of a new digital proposition for part of the Quilter group aimed at customers and advisers.
You will be able to hold in tension of a relentless drive for quality and the realism of internal deadlines, discerning what is sacred and what can be compromise.
You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, across the business, technical teams and 3rd parties, to ensure desired outcomes are clearly understood and delivered in line with expectation and risk appetite.
You will have responsibility for ensuring input from all the relevant areas are inputting into the proposition development, including the actual users, and that the solutions are aligned to Quilter’s policies and standards.
You will want to be part of a team who prize high collaboration and foster a culture of trust, transparency and continuous improvement.
You may have line management responsibility for a small team of other highly motivated digital delivery colleagues.
About You
Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering and owning high-quality digital products which are proven to bring benefit to customers and meet the business objectives of the product.
Our Digital software development and business change environment relies heavily on agile methodologies (eg Agile, Scrum, DevOps) and tools (JIRA, Git) and we want you to demonstrate your experience and understanding of these.
You will have excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work at all levels in the organisation, driving innovation and challenging the status quo.
You will need to show how you manage stakeholders with high expectations particularly where these conflict with what’s achievable.
You will have worked in a financial services organisation previously and understand the highly regulated environment we operate in.
