Digital Reporting Analyst

London | Hybrid

The Role

We are looking for a Digital Reporting Analyst to join our London office.

This is a great opportunity for an inquisitive and innovative individual to work in a hands-on capacity within our data & analytics team. You’ll have the opportunity to work across a number of clients & projects, with a natural home on our largest eCommerce client; identifying opportunities to improve their website & operational functions, supporting the launch of new products, and delivering growth across Europe.

Key Client Programmes:

  • eCommerce analysis for our cornerstone client, responsible for analysis & delivery of insights leading to website and platform innovations, alongside real-time campaign performance reporting:
    • Develop & deliver insight reports, leveraging automation process & structures to visualise performance trends.
    • Leverage a range of tools (Adobe Analytics, ContentSquare, NPS Analysis) to deep dive into, and contextualise, broader platform performance & customer experience improvements.
    • Undertake website tagging & debugging audits, ensuring & improving accuracy of performance reporting & insights delivered.
    • Provide ongoing insight reporting throughout the year, identifying eCommerce optimisations & efficiencies.
  • Assorted additional client projects
    • Own performance reporting of an owned retail platform, providing monthly & quarterly insights packages & uncovering engagement trends across platform functionality & audience groups.
    • Associated analytics support of Social & Influencer Campaign Reporting, alongside broader exposure & engagement of other projects (including Media Mix Modelling, Regression Analysis, or Forecast modelling).

Responsibilities Include:

  • The role requires the ability to be hands-on with a range of data types (eg, website analytics, customer engagement data, NPS & brand tracking data) to identify performance trends & behaviours across a varied programmes of work.
  • Translate performance data into prioritised opportunities & recommendations for our clients, with quantified business return that enables our clients to take next steps & improve their business.

Capability

  • Strong analytical skills, and interest in analysis of a range of different data types (including eCommerce, customer, CRM, transactional, research and social).
  • Strong data processing & automation skills, with high practical experience with Microsoft Excel to develop automated solutions.
  • Ability to clean and process datasets of different data types to identify valuable or prominent trends, collating data types such as customer databases, digital / website engagements, or text analysis to define clear customer stories.
  • Desire & capability to learn skillsets across a range of data specialisms, and upskill technical capabilities as required to deliver on client requirements (eg, Dashboard Reporting, Digital Attribution Modelling, Website Debugging, or Regression Modelling).

  • Someone with an interest and passion for data-driven marketing, customer experience, digital and consumer behaviours, and drive the development of both their data and strategic skills.
  • A strong collaborator with an inquisitive mind & a pragmatic problem solver.

  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data stories in simple terms, leading to clear and contextual recommendations for consumption by a range of stakeholders.
