About Brompton
At Brompton, we believe in changing the way people move through cities. Our iconic folding bike is designed, engineered, and built in London – and ridden across the world. With a retail presence in nearly 50 countries, Brompton is more than a bike: it’s a global movement.
As we scale our brand worldwide, a Digital Retail Marketing Executive will ensure a consistent, compelling, and cohesive expression of the Brompton brand and its new Life Unfolded positioning at every digital retail touchpoint.
The Role
We are looking for a Digital Retail Marketing Executive to lead and execute the digital elements of Brompton's retail marketing strategy.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining brand consistency across our retail partner network and delivering digital marketing initiatives that drive engagement. This includes managing Trade Communications through CRM and social channels, creating scalable partner toolkits, and ensuring a cohesive brand experience across digital touch points.
By collaborating with internal teams and external partners, you will support sell-through growth through our Partner Programme by enhancing the online customer journey and enabling partners with the assets, tools and best practices needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage digital communication channels with retail partners across EMEA, Asia, and North America, ensuring timely, consistent, and engaging communications.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of digital communication channels, providing actionable insights to support future marketing campaigns, product launches, and commercial initiatives.
- Create, maintain, and distribute digital partner toolkits, product assets, and campaign materials for owned retail, franchise, and dealer online channels.
- Support the digital presence of dealer and franchise e-commerce platforms, ensuring brand guidelines, pricing parity, and content standards are consistently maintained.
- Manage the digital asset library and StoreIQ online content, ensuring partners have access to the latest approved marketing assets, product information, and campaign materials.
- Coordinate online product launches and always-on marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Retail Marketing Executive to deliver an integrated online and offline retail calendar.
- Track and evaluate the performance of online trade marketing campaigns, identifying opportunities to optimise future activity and improve sell-through across the partner network.
- Work closely with Regional Retail Managers and retail trainers to localise digital assets and campaigns, ensuring relevance for local markets while maintaining global brand consistency.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
