If you have relevant experience in strategic marketing, media and eCommerce, this is an opportunity to help shape one of Arla’s priority growth channels. You will bring commercial awareness, digital retail media expertise and a collaborative approach to a role focused on improving investment performance, online visibility and content excellence.

How you will make an impact

As Digital Retail Media & Content Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering excellence in Arla’s Digital Retail Media investment and supporting a best-in-class digital shelf. The role is based at Arla Head Office in Leeds, operates Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, and is offered with a hybrid working pattern.

  • Work with the eCommerce team to develop and implement effective eCommerce media plans aligned to Arla and retailer objectives, within budget.
  • Collaborate with eCommerce, Shopper Marketing, Local Media Planning and Global Media Buying teams to track, evaluate and optimise investment returns while enhancing online presence.
  • Improve retail media administration across planning, booking, execution, content management, evaluation and invoicing.
  • Analyse digital retail media rate cards, identify cost-efficiency opportunities and provide recommendations to optimise spend and returns.
  • Support the use, reporting and wider adoption of Digital Shelf Analytics, while ensuring high-quality product imagery and search-optimised content across platforms.

What will make you successful

You will bring sound commercial marketing judgement and experience delivering channel and customer growth through strategic and tactical marketing activation. Previous media experience in a similar role is required, alongside experience across sales, commercial revenue or trade management, digital marketing and eCommerce.

You are likely to be successful if you combine motivation to deliver results, curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset with the ability to collaborate within a matrix environment. You will also need clear communication, thoughtful decision-making, adaptability, planning and organisational skills.
