Role Overview

We’re looking for a talented Digital Retoucher to join our team in Swadlincote. This role is all about bringing our product imagery to life—ensuring every image is polished, consistent, and ready to shine online.

You’ll play a key role in retouching, preparing, and uploading all digitally captured assets to our website, while working closely with the online trade team and supporting the day-to-day running of the photography studio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Retouching all still life and model imagery produced in-house.
  • Editing supplier images to align with our brand style guide.
  • Ensuring colour accuracy and consistency across all image assets.
  • Cropping images in line with size and format guidelines.
  • Coding, renaming, and organising files accurately.
  • Uploading assets to the web server.
  • Carrying out quality checks on all imagery.
  • Managing and updating the daily retouching schedule.
  • Retouching assets for social media channels.
  • Supporting with ad hoc photography studio tasks.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong team player who can also work independently.
  • Highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop.
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Previous experience in ecommerce retouching.
  • Excellent eye for detail and visual consistency.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
