Digital Sales & Customer Success Specialist

Guiding the client from the first interaction to project confirmation.

Who we are

Heverse.com is a digital platform, launching soon, dedicated to trade fair stands and temporary architecture, with artificial intelligence tools fully integrated into the sales and operational process. Designers and affiliates are the design and production engine of Heverse and operate through dedicated dashboards. Marketing, IT, sales and customer care work as a single team, sharing information, goals and responsibility for the customer experience.

Your mission

Guide clients in using Heverse, making sure that their journey, from first contact to project request through to order confirmation, is tracked by the platform and supported promptly. Leads are acquired through digital marketing strategies and collected automatically by the platform. Your job will be to understand their needs, help them move forward, recognize any difficulties, and step in to turn interest into an informed choice and a sale. Your sales ability will show through listening, consulting, using data, and mastering digital and AI tools. You will be a point of reference for clients as they digitalize their design and purchasing process.

What you will do

  • Contribute to the digital marketing strategy.
  • Monitor the customer journey.
  • Encourage independent use of Heverse.
  • Support the decision-making process and close sales.
  • Oversee coordination with designers and affiliates.
  • Ensure timely customer care.
  • Improve the process together with the IT team.
  • All relevant information, actions and agreements must be recorded on the platform, so that the team works from a shared, up-to-date picture.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone with a sales mindset, a strong customer focus and solid familiarity with digital environments, who is keen to grow within an international organization.

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of English, written and spoken, at C2 level or equivalent, to handle conversations, platform demos, negotiations and business correspondence with international clients and partners with full autonomy, fluency and accuracy.
  • Fluent Italian. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Ability to listen, build trust and guide clients toward a decision.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms, CRMs, dashboards and artificial intelligence tools.
  • Interest in data and the ability to interpret it to set priorities and actions.
  • Accuracy, responsiveness and accountability in following up on requests and deadlines.
  • Ability to work closely with marketing, IT, customer care and operational partners.
  • Interest in design, trade fairs, exhibition stands and international services.
  • Previous experience in selling digital services, customer success, marketplaces or sales support on platforms is welcome. We will also consider junior profiles with strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.

Working arrangements and location

The role offers the option of remote work, including from locations other than the company's headquarters, under agreed arrangements compatible with operational needs. Work is carried out through the platform and shared digital tools, in close collaboration with marketing, IT, sales, customer care, designers and affiliates. This flexibility requires strong self-organization, respect for deadlines, and availability during agreed time slots, taking into account the international markets we serve. Participation in team coordination meetings and the ability to ensure continuous, timely customer support are essential. Any on-site presence or business travel will be agreed based on activities.
