About the Role
To further grow our E-Commerce business in UK, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Digital Sales Executive.
Job purpose
This role focuses on managing the Ocado account (Nakd & Trek) and supporting on the Amazon account (all brands).
Within this role
Reporting to the UK Senior Amazon Account Manager, you will manage and own the Ocado business, while supporting on our largest digital customer across all Lotus Bakeries Brands in UK:
- Biscoff
- Nakd
- Trek
- Bear
- Kiddylicious
- Peter’s Yard

You will proactively manage our catalogue on Amazon to optimize for SEO/GEO
You support and contribute to the optimization of our Amazon account end-to-end, from supply chain to invoice processing.
You will be the main point of contact for Ocado, managing the day-to-day running of the account
Key result areas
- Responsible for the Ocado account KPIs and reporting back to the business.
- End-to-end Ocado management: loading promotions/media, new item set up, reporting etc.
- Help with managing the overall Amazon account performance to achieve sales targets and other KPI’s in alignment with the Amazon Senior Account Manager UK.
- Work alongside the team to drive excellent brand visibility on the digital shelf of Amazon (Hero images, perfect product titles, content, …)
- Ensure the account runs as smoothly as possible day-to-day, managing cases in Vendor Central and working collaboratively with wider teams and Amazon contacts where needed
- Support on the alignment of accurate KPI reporting across the UK brands, both from Vendor Central EPOS and internal financial sources
- Effectively and proactively communicate and align with all stakeholders around opportunities, challenges and performance.

About You
Alongside living our TOP values, we are looking for someone who has:
- Right-To-Work within the UK (without sponsorship)
- Minimum Education to Bachelors Degree level
- 1 years+ experience in FMCG e-commerce or sales
- Commercial mindset
- Strong communication skills and is a team player with partners, line managers and the team
- Entrepreneurial spirit: gets energy from creating new opportunities, looking for new and different inroads
- Ability to take strong ownership within this new role
- Can work independently in a flexible way and willing to go the extra mile
- Previous experience on Amazon desirable
Personal competencies
- Enthusiastic about e-commerce and the Lotus brands
- Have a learning mindset to adapt to Amazon’s rapid evolving retail, media and operational environment
- Track record in positive relationship management both internally and externally
- Cross-functional worker, able to collaborate across supply chain, finance and marketing teams to drive the account
Please note this role is a full-time position at our beautiful offices in St Albans, with four days a week spent on-site. Please only proceed if this works for you.
