The Role
We're looking for an experienced Marketplace Manager to take ownership of our online marketplace channels and play a key role in the next stage of our digital growth.
This is an opportunity to join an established and growing consumer goods business within the health and beauty sector with an extensive portfolio of products sold across multiple channels. With strong foundations already in place, we're looking for someone who can bring commercial thinking, marketplace expertise and a continuous improvement mindset to unlock further growth.
This is a genuinely hands-on role with real autonomy. You'll have the opportunity to shape marketplace strategy, improve performance and make a measurable impact on revenue and profitability.
As Marketplace Manager, you'll take ownership of our online marketplace channels, with Amazon at the heart of the role. You'll also be responsible for developing and optimising other e-commerce platforms and social commerce channels, helping to drive growth wherever our customers choose to shop.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
