The role
Are you a digital-first communicator with 2–3 years of experience who wants to use your creative energy to tackle the world's biggest issues? We’re looking for a driven Senior Account Executive who loves digital communications, lives for great content, and is obsessed with learning and sharpening their skills every day.

What we’re looking for
You are a smart, creative self-starter who gets excited about how digital solutions can inspire action and drive real-world change. You bring solid project management habits, love pitching big ideas in brainstorms, and enjoy digging into data to find useful insights. Crucially, you have a growth mindset - you're hungry to expand your skills into paid social advertising, digital monitoring, and campaign strategy while acting as a reliable, confident point of contact for our non-profit clients.

Key skills

  • 2–3 years of experience in digital communications, content creation, or social media management (agency or in-house).
  • Passion for internet culture and social trends: Finger on the pulse of evolving social media behavior, platform features, viral trends, influencer content and creative formats across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Creative content savvy: A strong understanding of what makes "thumb-stopping" content, paired with excellent copywriting and asset briefing skills.
  • Hands-on content mindset: Energy for brainstorming fresh creative concepts, scripting short-form video hooks, and reaching out to cause-aligned creators and online influencers.
  • Enthusiasm for paid and organic social: Strong desire to run both organic comms and paid digital campaigns, with an eagerness to build skills in audience targeting, ad set-up, and channel best practices.
  • Organised project management: Proven ability to juggle multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and keep deliverables moving seamlessly.
  • Confident comms: Exceptional written/spoken communication skills, and managing daily client emails and calls.
  • Growth mindset: A genuine passion for digital comms and a drive to continually learn, improve, and stay ahead of platform trends.

Useful skills

  • Basic exposure to paid social advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads).
  • Understanding of/ excitement for creators and how to engage with them meaningfully for campaigns.
  • Ability to review campaign metrics, look beyond the numbers, and extract meaningful insights.
  • Familiarity with social listening and analytics tools
  • Broad understanding of how digital channels, email marketing, and web fit into integrated cause campaigns.
  • Previous experience or active involvement with charities, NGOs, or purpose-driven campaigns.
