Our Digital & AI team delivers innovative digital, data, automation and AI solutions that help our clients and business solve complex challenges in regulated and assurance-led environments. We are seeking an experienced Digital Services Project Manager to support the effective delivery of a diverse portfolio of Digital & AI projects.
This role is responsible for the planning, coordination and delivery of Digital & AI projects from initiation through to closure, ensuring the projects are delivered to agreed scope, schedule, quality and budget. Working closely with technical teams, stakeholders and delivery partners, you will play a key role in delivering desired outcomes while ensuring compliance with governance, security and assurance requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong project delivery background, with experience that should include several of the following:
- Managing digital, technology, data, automation or business change projects from initiation through to completion.
- Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, milestones and dependency maps.
- Coordinating multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders and delivery partners to reach project objectives.
- Managing project risks, issues, dependencies, actions and decision logs.
- Monitoring progress against scope, schedule, budget and quality targets.
- Preparing project status reports, governance updates and assurance evidence.
- Supporting release planning, testing activities, implementation planning and project handovers.
- Facilitating effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Coordinating continuous improvement through lessons learned, retrospectives and best practice sharing.
- Supporting benefits tracking and delivery confidence reporting.

Essential Requirements
- Demonstrable experience managing digital, technology, data, automation or business change projects.
- Good knowledge of project management methods, governance, scheduling, risk management and reporting practices.
- Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, actions and decisions in a structured and transparent way.
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and third-party suppliers to deliver agreed outcomes.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to communicate progress, risks and delivery challenges effectively.
- Experience working within regulated, assurance-led or quality-managed environments.
- Understanding of agile, hybrid and waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Relevant project management qualification or equivalent experience, such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ, AgilePM or similar.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables.

- Experience managing Digital & AI programmes or portfolios.
- Knowledge of software, data platform, automation or AI delivery environments.
- Experience working with external suppliers and delivery partners.
- Experience supporting governance reviews, audits or assurance activities.
- Knowledge of benefits realisation and delivery confidence reporting.
- Experience contributing to project management improvement initiatives and best practice development.
- Exposure to security, risk and compliance requirements within digital or technology projects.
- Experience mentoring or supporting less experienced project professionals.
- Familiarity with project management tools, reporting frameworks and governance processes.
- Experience within consultancy, engineering or other professional services environments.
Due to the nature of the work that Frazer-Nash Consultancy undertake, candidates will be required to undergo pre-employment screening and must be able to satisfy clearance criteria for UK National Security Vetting.
