Voyage Education Partnership is seeking an ambitious, experienced and forward-thinking Digital Services Manager to lead the operational delivery of our digital infrastructure, technology services and cyber security provision across the Trust.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled technology leader to shape and deliver a modern, secure, cloud-first digital environment that supports teaching, learning and business operations across our academies.
Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer, Executive Team, Headteachers and Trustees, you will be responsible for leading the Trust's Digital Services Team, driving technology innovation, managing cyber security and ensuring that digital services remain secure, reliable and resilient.
About the Role
As Digital Services Manager, you will provide operational leadership for all aspects of the Trust's digital infrastructure and technology services, including:
- Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune and Microsoft Defender environments.
- Network infrastructure, connectivity, telephony and end-user computing services.
- Cyber security strategy, incident response, vulnerability management and cyber resilience.
- IT service management and customer-focused support services across all schools and central teams.
- Digital transformation programmes and infrastructure modernisation projects.
- Digital procurement, supplier management and technology investment planning.
- Business continuity, disaster recovery and organisational resilience activities.

The successful candidate will play a significant role in supporting the Trust's continued development and ensuring technology remains a strategic enabler for educational excellence and operational effectiveness.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a confident and inspirational leader who can combine strong technical expertise with outstanding service delivery and stakeholder management skills.
You will have:
- Significant experience leading digital services, infrastructure operations and technology delivery within a complex multi-site organisation.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies including Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, Teams and Exchange Online.
- Strong cyber security expertise and experience of managing enterprise security controls and incident response activities.
- Experience managing network infrastructure, enterprise wireless environments and firewall technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- The ability to translate complex technical issues into clear advice for non-technical audiences.
- A commitment to continuous improvement, innovation and exceptional customer service.
