About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Digital Skills Trainer to play a key role in our digital transformation journey.

This is more than a training role. You'll help shape a digitally confident organisation by equipping colleagues with the skills, knowledge and confidence to embrace new technologies, modern ways of working and continuous improvement.

You'll lead the design and delivery of engaging digital learning programmes, helping staff maximise the benefits of Microsoft 365 and other technologies while supporting the Council's ambition to deliver modern public services.

Working across the organisation, you'll:

  • Design and deliver innovative digital training programmes.
  • Create engaging learning content and resources.
  • Support major technology and business change initiatives.
  • Develop digital champions and super-user networks.
  • Measure learning impact and drive continuous improvement.
  • Inspire colleagues to embrace digital ways of working.
