Digital Solution Architect / Solution Architect / Senior Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Digital Solution Architect to join a high-profile technology programme focused on a customer-facing B2B Mobile App. This would suit someone from either the Retail or Hospitality world. This is a hands-on architecture role requiring an individual who can quickly take ownership of an in-flight project, provide leadership and direction, and ensure successful delivery across multiple workstreams.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal and third-party development teams, supporting an existing Solution Architect while providing the seniority, technical expertise, and delivery focus needed to drive the programme forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the solution architecture for a live, in-flight mobile app/digital application programme.
  • Drive the delivery of the end-to-end technical solutions across Mobile app and API layers.
  • Help shape design within a Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Work closely with internal and external development partners to ensure solutions are delivered to agreed standards.
  • Produce architecture artefacts, designs, and technical documentation.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and aligned with architectural best practices.
  • Support project delivery through design reviews, governance activities, and technical decision-making.
  • Act as the key architectural authority throughout the remainder of the programme lifecycle.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
