Overview
In this Digital Solution Area Specialist: Cloud and AI Platforms role, you will help customers across the UK Corporate business unlock the full value of Microsoft Cloud (Azure) and AI solutions. You will partner closely with customers on their Cloud and AI journey, helping them modernize critical workloads, adopt new capabilities, and turn strategic transformation goals into tangible outcomes.
You will use your deep understanding of customer business priorities and the Microsoft Azure platform to lead transformative conversations across multiple solution areas. Working with account teams, solution engineers, and partners, you will identify and qualify new opportunities, design solutions that align to customer needs, and drive them through to successful deployment and value realization. You will orchestrate the right experts and partners at the right time, analyze the landscape, and coach others to execute with excellence so customers see Microsoft as their most trusted advisor. Responsibilities
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders on business planning and rhythm-of-business meetings to review and plan for accounts in your assigned territory, ensuring clear priorities and aligned execution.
- Identify opportunities to drive cloud and solution consumption and grow business with existing customers by initiating value-led conversations, providing demonstrations or quotes, and collaborating with partners and internal teams to ensure a robust, validated deployment plan at point of sale.
- Manage the end-to-end business of your territory by conducting forecasting for accounts and developing portfolio and territory plans that drive intentional, data-informed selling aligned with strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with account teams, partners, and services to discover and qualify new opportunities, build a healthy pipeline, and apply Microsoft’s sales process to determine opportunity quality and next best actions.
- Apply Microsoft’s orchestration model to proactively drive deal closure by identifying and aligning internal stakeholders, leveraging and expanding relationships with partners, and removing blockers to accelerate customer value realization.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND technology-related sales or account management experience

Digital Solution Area Specialists IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Ireland is € 62,200.00 - € 92,100.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
