About The Role
Health Innovation Manchester is looking for a Digital Solutions & Adoption Manager to take ownership of our Microsoft 365 environment while helping colleagues get the very best from the technology we use every day.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys the technical administration of Microsoft 365 just as much as helping people embrace new ways of working. You'll be responsible for maintaining and developing our Microsoft 365 platform including SharePoint, Teams, permissions, governance and digital compliance while also supporting the rollout and adoption of new digital solutions, including AI-enabled tools.
- Working closely with colleagues, our host organisation and suppliers, you'll be the bridge between technology and users, ensuring our digital services are reliable, secure and easy to use.
About You
You'll have experience administering Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, with a good understanding of governance, user management and digital workplace technologies. Just as importantly, you'll enjoy working with people translating technical concepts into practical solutions, supporting colleagues with varying levels of digital confidence and helping drive continuous improvement across the organisation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
