Location: London - Flexible / Hybrid working

Permanent

My client is a leading Financial Services and Markets Infrastructure firm providing a suite of services and digital solutions across numerous international clients.

Role Purpose:

They are looking for someone to play a central company-wide and client-focused professional services role to support the client journey and adoption of DLT, Tokenisation, and Smart contract initiatives as part of their wider Digital assets strategy.

This individual will bring holistic digital assets and technology experience, working with clients to explore, coordinate, and execute solutions that address impediments to the use of digital and tokenized assets.

The candidate will own the digital and professional services offering and align closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure that DLT, smart contract, and tokenization initiatives are integrated with, and reinforce, wider collateral and derivatives product strategy.

This is a high-profile, front-of-house position with the opportunity to represent as a thought leader across industry working groups, regulatory forums, events, and sandbox initiatives advancing the practical use of tokenized assets, DLT, and Smart Contracts.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
