The Business:
Nigel Wright are delighted to be supporting a leading organisation as they continue to invest in their digital marketing function with the appointment of a Digital Marketing Specialist.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that is building more digital capability in-house and placing a strong focus on data-led decision making, customer acquisition, conversion optimisation and emerging AI-driven search opportunities.
The Role:
Reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in planning, executing and optimising digital acquisition campaigns across a range of channels.

You'll work closely with marketing, digital experience, analytics and external agency partners to improve campaign performance, strengthen customer journeys and increase conversion across key audiences.
This role offers a broad remit, making it ideal for someone looking to develop expertise across performance marketing, SEO, analytics, CRO and AI search optimisation.
The Person:
- Experience in a digital marketing, campaign marketing or performance marketing role
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Strong understanding of SEO and content optimisation principles
- Experience supporting paid social campaigns
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action
- Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills
