Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a commercially driven and digitally savvy Digital Marketing Specialist to support the growth and visibility of our premium and luxury brand portfolio across key eCommerce partners (pure players as well as eCommerce sites of traditional businesses).
Reporting into the Key Account Manager eCommerce, this role will be responsible for executing digital marketing initiatives that drive traffic, conversion, brand visibility, and sell-through across online retail partners and eRetail platforms. The role combines digital campaign execution, online merchandising support, content optimisation, performance analysis, and partner collaboration to ensure best-in-class digital brand representation.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, organised, creative, and passionate about premium consumer brands and digital commerce.
Key Responsibilities
Online Merchandising & Content Optimisation
- Monitor and optimise product listings, enhanced brand content, product descriptions, imagery, and categorisation across partner websites.
- Ensure brand consistency and premium presentation across all digital touchpoints.
- Support SEO and onsite search optimisation initiatives to improve discoverability and traffic.
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, online customer experience and conversion rates.
Performance Marketing & Analytics
- Track and analyse campaign performance, online sales, traffic, conversion, and digital KPIs across accounts and brands.
- Prepare regular reports and actionable insights for the eCommerce and wider commercial teams.
- Support forecasting, promotional analysis, and post-campaign evaluations.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, pricing, and digital best practices.

Onsite Marketing & Digital Campaign Execution
- Support the planning and execution of OnSite and digital marketing campaigns across key online retail partners and eCommerce platforms.
- Coordinate campaign assets, product launches, seasonal activations, and promotional activities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery and implementation of digital assets including banners, product imagery, copy, videos, and brand content.
- Support retail partners with digital marketing requirements to maximise online visibility and conversion.
Partner & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, to coordinate online activations and launches.
- Support the Key Account Manager eCommerce in managing relationships with online retail partners.
- Assist in onboarding new eCommerce partners by coordinating digital content and launch readiness.
Digital Best Practice & Innovation
- Stay up to date with eCommerce trends, digital marketing tools, social commerce, and luxury online retail developments.
- Proactively recommend new ideas to improve online visibility, engagement, and performance.
- Support testing of new digital capabilities, tools, and online business models where relevant.
Skills & Experience Required
- 2-4 years’ experience in Digital Marketing, eCommerce, or Online Merchandising, preferably within premium/luxury fashion, watches, jewellery, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and eCommerce principles.
- Experience working with online retail partners, marketplaces, or branded eCommerce platforms.
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting and data interpretation skills.
- Experience using Excel, Google Analytics, or similar reporting tools.
- Strong organisational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for digital commerce, consumer trends, and premium brand experiences.

Desirable
- Experience with Amazon, Zalando, ASOS, department stores, or omnichannel retail environments.
- Familiarity with CMS, PIM, DAM, Shopify, or eCommerce backend systems.
- Understanding of SEO, paid media, CRM, and performance marketing metrics.
- Experience working in a multi-brand or international business environment.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or content editing tools.
