Digital Strategist - Hybrid Role in London
We're looking for a Digital Strategist to join our hybrid team in London.
This is not a traditional consulting role, this role is designed for a strategic thinker with exceptional storytelling ability and a passion for bridging technical complexity with creative clarity. You will split your time between creating market propositions and delivering strategic leadership on live projects, working with global clients to transform marketing through AI-powered solutions.

Responsibilities
- Define and package propositions that translate complex AI and marketing technology solutions into compelling storytelling and go-to-market assets
- Create narratives that demonstrate the commercial and strategic value of technical solutions for senior marketing decision-makers
- Collaborate with creative teams, copywriters and engineers to co-create proposals, pitches and marketing materials that drive new business
- Act as strategic lead on active client engagements ensuring solutions align with business goals and deliver measurable impact
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders including CMOs and digital leaders, acting as a trusted advisor
- Drive integrated strategies across creative, media and technical delivery streams to ensure cohesive client solutions
- Use real-world implementation insights to refine propositions, tools and methodologies for future engagements
- Lead and facilitate executive-level presentations and strategy workshops with clarity and authority
- Identify growth opportunities within key accounts and support business development efforts
- Ensure all strategic deliverables meet industry-leading standards for insight, creativity and effectiveness

Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in marketing strategy, go-to-market planning or consultancy within a digital or creative context
- Strong understanding of creative production and media planning processes
- Proven ability to turn complex technical capabilities into clear, client-ready strategies and narratives
- High level of interest and understanding of artificial intelligence, automation and emerging marketing technologies
- Excellent presentation, communication and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across global accounts in a matrixed structure
- Hands-on approach with capability to deliver strategic work while supporting implementation phases
- Strong analytical mindset combined with creativity and commercial acumen
- Comfortable collaborating with engineers, data scientists and creative professionals on integrated projects
