Are you passionate about using digital to solve some of the biggest problems affecting society?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Strategist to join our Strategy and Transformation team and help our mission-led clients make the most out of digital. You'll work across a range of charities and social enterprises, identifying how digital can make a bigger impact - optimising what they're already doing and shaping new digital products and services that change lives for the better.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Dissect client briefs and problems to get to the core of what clients and their users need
  • Deliver strategic projects - exploring problem areas and providing clear solutions and recommendations
  • Support the Discovery phase of design and build projects through workshops, desk research, data analysis, and user research
  • Generate insight from qualitative and quantitative user data to inform the design of digital products and services
  • Develop digital strategies and roadmaps that support our clients' digital transformation
  • Build and nurture client relationships, spotting opportunities to enhance their digital offerings
  • Help clients adopt a digital mindset - data-driven, user-focused, and open to new technology

What We're Looking For:

  • An experienced strategist or consultant with an analytical mindset and curiosity about user behavior
  • Ability to deconstruct complex problems and provide a clear, actionable way forward
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting data (ideally GA4, GTM, Search Console, and similar tools)
  • Confidence delivering interactive, engaging client workshops and insightful reports and strategies
  • Ability to advise across a range of technologies including websites, apps, AI, and chatbots
  • Familiarity with digital product development, digital marketing, and design thinking techniques
  • Commercial awareness - inputting into proposals, pitches, and estimates, and helping clients secure funding for digital projects
  • Agency experience (or comparable multi-project, multi-client environments) and comfort working at pace with tight budgets
  • Passionate about tech for good, and if you haven't worked in the sector yet but it's your bag, we still want to hear from you
