πΌ Absolutely incredible benefits including a 4 day week!
We're working exclusively with a brilliant creative agency to find a Digital Strategy & Content Manager who combines strategic thinking with hands-on content creation.
This is a varied role where you'll shape digital strategies across a portfolio of clients while creating engaging content that delivers measurable results. You'll be just as comfortable planning multi-channel digital activity as you are filming social content, analysing campaign performance or collaborating with designers on user journeys.
You'll lead digital content strategies across social, paid media and owned channels, ensuring every campaign is aligned, commercially focused and built around the customer experience. It's fast-paced, collaborative and genuinely varied. We're looking for someone who thinks strategically, creates confidently and understands how all digital channels work together to drive growth.
π What You'll Be Doing
- β Own digital strategy across a portfolio of client accounts, from planning through to execution, optimisation and reporting.
- β Develop integrated digital strategies across organic social, paid social, content marketing and wider digital channels.
- β Plan, capture and create engaging content β filming, photographing and editing where required.
- β Work closely with Paid Media specialists to ensure organic and paid social strategies complement each other.
- β Produce high-performing, social-first content while repurposing assets across multiple digital platforms.
- β Help shape search strategies, user journeys and customer experiences, working alongside designers and developers.
- β Contribute ideas around UX/UI best practice, ensuring content supports improved engagement and conversion.
- β Monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities and continually optimise activity using data and insight.
- β Spot emerging trends, platform updates and new opportunities to keep clients ahead of the curve.
- β Collaborate with Creative, Strategy and Digital teams to deliver joined-up campaigns across multiple channels.
- β Build relationships with influencers and creators to implement creator campaigns.
- β Produce insightful monthly reports and confidently present recommendations to clients.

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
