Job Description
As a Digital Strategy Associate, you will act as the engagement lead across multiple projects, taking responsibility for the successful delivery of scopes of work ranging from digital strategy through to design and procurement. As part of your role, you will manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams and deliver exceptional client outcomes. You will act as a senior client-facing representative at FPC, developing strong relationships with clients and working to identify opportunities to bring new value to our existing clients and establish relationships with new ones.
This is a role that will give you room to grow and the accountability to bring ideas into reality. You will be a central part of the digital strategy consulting team, joining an organisation that is rapidly growing and developing a globally recognised brand for expertise and quality.

Key Responsibilities
Pillar 1: Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee multiple digital strategy engagements, ensuring successful execution and alignment with overarching client objectives.
- Manage multi-disciplinary advisory teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality, and integrated solutions.
- Project-manage the day-to-day delivery process, taking full ownership of client outcomes and engagement delivery quality.
Pillar 2: Business Growth
- Advise existing clients effectively to nurture relationships and grow existing client accounts.
- Advocate for FPC’s broader services by identifying and supporting new business opportunities within ongoing engagements.
- Coordinate inputs and actively contribute to bid proposals, research, and client account planning activities.

Pillar 3: Professional Development
- Manage and line-manage consultants and senior consultants, providing guidance, feedback, and performance support.
- Develop your personal leadership and commercial skills to bridge the gap toward senior management roles.
- Build a profound depth of digital advisory expertise, staying up to date with smart building and technology trends, and demonstrating relevant synthesis of associated implications and business opportunities.
Pillar 4: Culture & Innovation
- Advocate for and lead engagement-level innovation initiatives, testing new ideas in active project environments.
- Optimise delivery processes by actively embedding lessons learned and continuous improvements into team workflows.
- Support the broader adoption of internal innovation, approved tools, and best practices across the consulting team.

Requirements/Experience
- Experience: Proven mid-level experience in digital strategy, smart buildings, IoT, or related management consulting execution, with a track record of coordinating multiple project workstreams.
- Delivery Track Record: Demonstrated success in taking ownership of client deliverables and coordinating multi-disciplinary advisory or engineering teams.
- Commercial Exposure: Experience contributing to business development efforts, including bid writing, proposal generation, and account planning.
- Thinking Beyond the Brief: Demonstrated success delivering within complex environments where initiative, innovation, and boldness proved critical to the successful delivery of the project and positive client outcomes.
- Qualifications: Good degree in science, technology, engineering, business or other relevant field and progress toward accredited engineering or management consultancy qualifications.
