Digital Strategy Lead Contract

Paying between £500 to £600 Per Day, Outside IR35, Based in South Wales, Hybrid Working, To Start ASAP

Your new role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Strategy / Transformation Lead to lead the development of an ambitious Technology Enabled Care strategy within a complex public sector environment.

This is a highly visible piece of work focused on exploring how digital solutions and technology can support the future delivery of care and public services.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the development and co-design of a Technology Enabled Care strategy
  • Shape the strategic direction from discovery and engagement through to recommendations
  • Engage senior stakeholders across government, health, social care and wider public services
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions with partners and subject matter experts
  • Bring together different organisational priorities into a coherent strategic direction
  • Gather and interpret research, evidence and stakeholder insight
  • Identify opportunities for technology to enable better services and outcomes
  • Produce high-quality strategy documents, reports, recommendations and presentations
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and boards
  • Support evaluation and help identify future development opportunities
