Role summary

The Digital Strategy Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and managing digital Initiatives that effectively communicate the Commercial Product Group’s value proposition for products and services across both B2B and B2C channels and supporting launches of new products, services and brand campaigns from a digital perspective. The role focuses on managing and optimising digital platforms, including the Mitsubishi Electric Living Environment Systems website, to generate leads and support sales growth across key B2B & B2C segments (contractors, consultants, corporate end users & homeowners) and uses analytics, reporting and insights to maximise lead generation potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set the strategic vision for integrated digital platforms, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities, audience needs, and long-term growth objectives.
  • Use advanced data analysis to generate actionable insights that shape targeting strategies, audience value propositions, and conversion optimisation.
  • Work with Marketing Operations Manager to define and implement the direction of the Living Environment Systems website (commercial product group only) as a primary demand generation tool, ensuring content and UX support measurable business goals.
  • Use analytics and behavioural intelligence to guide UX strategy, funnel optimisation, and long-term enhancements that increase conversion efficiency across personas.
  • Shape customer and prospect data enrichment to support advanced segmentation, personalisation, and audience lifecycle management.
  • Analyse persona-level behavioural patterns to influence strategic messaging frameworks, content priorities, and targeting recommendations.
  • Lead the development of digital platforms, focusing on ROI, scalability, and continuous optimisation driven by audience and performance insights.
  • Own performance reporting, ensuring insights drive strategic marketing decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for new customer journeys and communication strategies using data-led insight, forecasting potential impact and resource needs.
