Digital Strategy Manager

Location: London, Kings Road, Chelsea | Hybrid working

Our client is an established international premium brand with a strong global presence and an ambition to continually strengthen its digital performance. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a broad digital marketing function, shaping strategy across web, SEO, PPC, CRM, social media, analytics and digital PR. You’ll work closely with senior marketing leadership while managing agency relationships, budgets and performance reporting. With responsibility for improving qualified traffic, lead generation and conversion across global markets, you’ll have genuine scope to influence how digital channels support the wider commercial strategy.

The Digital Strategy Manager will lead the development and delivery of an integrated digital strategy, ensuring every channel contributes effectively to brand awareness, engagement, traffic and measurable commercial performance.

Role Highlights

  • Lead global digital strategy across web, SEO, PPC, CRO, CRM, social media and digital PR.
  • Manage digital agencies, developers and key external partners to deliver high-quality campaigns and platforms.
  • Own the digital marketing budget, optimising spend across channels against performance and commercial objectives.
  • Use analytics, dashboards and competitor intelligence to identify opportunities and improve digital results.
  • Support a global retailer network through digital reporting, lead generation and website performance insight.

You Will Need

  • A university degree and 3–5 years’ hands-on digital marketing experience.
  • Strong knowledge across SEO, PPC, CRM, social media, analytics and wider digital platforms.
  • Experience developing and executing integrated digital marketing strategies.
  • Confidence managing agencies, budgets, projects and multiple digital channels.
  • A collaborative, commercially focused approach with the leadership skills to work effectively in a lean organisation.
