Overview
What will you be doing?
The Biddable Account Manager sits within the APEX Digital team, leading day-to-day client and campaign management across Paid Social and Programmatic activity to deliver Guaranteed Outcomes for Publicis Media clients. Combining trading excellence with data-driven strategy, this role ensures campaigns drive performance and growth across the full marketing funnel, with an initial focus on Paid Social activation.
The manager oversees a team of Senior Account Executives and Account Executives, managing daily workflows and maintaining a high standard of client deliverables, while monitoring performance, pacing, and profit benchmarks against defined business objectives. Working closely with Brand Leads, Strategy, Trading, Data, and Commercial teams, they support biddable planning across audiences, targeting, creative, measurement, and testing, while identifying opportunities to grow hub revenue through innovative solutions.

The role requires strong relationship management across Publicis agencies (Starcom, Zenith, Spark, Digitas), internal stakeholders, DSPs, and technology vendors, alongside active contribution to team best practices within a collaborative, supportive environment focused on continuous learning and improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day client and campaign management across APEX Paid Social + Programmatic campaigns.
- Oversee a team of SAEs and AE’s, manage their daily tasks to ensure all clients deliverables are completed to a high standard.
- Monitor campaign performance in line with pre-defined business objectives ensuring Performance, Pacing, & Profit benchmarks are achieved.
- Work closely with the Brand leads to identify areas of growth for the business and increase the hub revenue.
- Support the Strategy team with biddable planning across audiences, targeting, creative, measurement, and testing.
- Build, maintain and manage relationships with Publicis Agencies, Internal teams, DSPs, & associated tech vendors.
- Contribute to daily / weekly team meetings / best practice approach.
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
- Hands-on experience with Social platforms (Meta & TikTok essential) experience across DSP platforms desirable, (DV360, TTD, ADSP).
- Strong understanding of biddable media KPIs, optimisation levers, measurement frameworks, and attribution.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to turn data into clear actions.
- Confident communicating with clients, presenting insights, and influencing media decisions.
- Ability to manage and mentor junior team members, fostering a supportive and high-performance environment
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- A keen interest in the Digital Marketing industry and emerging biddable technology trends.
