Digital Strategy
Digital Strategy sits at the heart of Business Reinvention at frog. Our team harnesses customer and commercial insight alongside the power of data and technology – defining the business models, products, services and brand experiences of tomorrow.
We are seeking to grow our practice by a Digital Strategist into our team – at a Senior Consultant level. We are especially interested in applicants who have some experience within (but not necessarily limited to) the Energy & Utilities sector and other regulated industries.
An Overview Of The Role
As a Digital Strategist at frog you’ll be passionate about the amazing opportunities that are opening up for businesses in the AI era – and excited to roll up your sleeves and help our clients realise this untapped potential.
You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, product, data and technology — translating complex insight into clear, actionable direction. You’ll help senior clients (up to C-level) identify, prioritise and realise value from digital and AI investments. You’ll shape end-to-end propositions, from insight to business case to implementation roadmap.
You’ll be a polymath – as comfortable drafting a commercial model and business case as you are empathising with the needs of our clients and their customers. You’ll thrive on your ability to weave a transformative story out of a mountain of insight, data and competing perspectives. And you’ll collaborate seamlessly across frog’s multi-disciplinary team of world-class designers, technologists, marketers and more.
As a Senior Consultant In Our Team:
- You will contribute independently at a high level on client engagements, owning important workstreams within these projects
- You will contribute actively to our team outside of client engagements e.g. sharing skills and perspectives with team members, supporting on BD efforts, supporting leaders with aspects of team management and other internal initiatives
- You will have previous experience in relevant roles

What We Look For
For these roles we’re looking for experienced strategy practitioners. You will likely have previous experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy and innovation, or a related field. We recognize the best strategists come from a variety of backgrounds, so most importantly, you have a proven ability to think commercially, strategically, and creatively — don’t let job titles and degrees hold us back from meting you!
We Don't Expect You To Hit All Of The Elements Below Perfectly, But We Do Want To Be Sure That You Will Bring Valuable Skills, Experience And Creative Energy Into Our Team:
- Strategic thinking & action – You have strong problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to move beyond theory to identify practical recommendations that can be implemented by our clients
- Commercial modelling – You are highly numerate and have experience owning detailed assumptive models that quantify the size of the prize and path to value for our clients
- Strategic storytelling – You are comfortable building and presenting compelling narratives and business cases, using words and numbers with precision to communicate the business value of our work and recommendations
- Deep research – You are competent across a range of research methods and lenses, such as qual & quant customer research, market & competitor analysis, stakeholder interviews, SWOT & PESTLE analysis etc.
- Product & business model innovation – You are able to translate research & analysis into forward-facing customer propositions and product strategies that bridge from where our clients are today to where they can be in future
- AI and emerging technologies – You have practical understanding of how AI and emerging technologies translate into real business value, with experience applying these in strategy, product or transformation contexts
- Stakeholder engagement & communication – You are confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, over email, on calls and in meetings or workshops

Whilst you will have London as an office base location, you must be fully flexible in terms of assignment location, as these roles may involve periods of time away from home at short notice.
