SKILLED ARABLE OPERATOR – Kent
This is a great opportunity for an arable operator to join our large and friendly team handling all operations on the 2000 acre Morghew Park Estate at Tenterden.
We run an intensive arable business with a great story of diversification into areas including online sales of potatoes and the production of flour and rapeseed oil. There is also a firewood business and a shoot. (That’s why we need a large team!)

The Successful Applicant Will Have
- Competency with arable machinery and workshop skills
- PA1,2 and 4
- Experience with a self-propelled sprayer and telehandler
UNUSUALLY, we will also consider applications from competent young farmers who can see themselves growing into this role over a couple of years – with training.
