About The Role
The Digital Success Executive plans, configures, and delivers RX digital products across multiple events. Working with cross-functional teams, they ensure activities are tested and launched on time, support selected events onsite internationally, communicate targets, and use post-event insights to improve customer outcomes, operational efficiency, and consistent best practice.
Responsibilities
- Configure and quality-assure LMA, Colleqt, and Offers, including URLs, QR codes, and promotional materials.
- Define customer trial, adoption, and engagement targets for each event.
- Project-manage digital delivery schedules across multiple events, tracking progress, risks, and actions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align responsibilities, technical support, and event readiness.
- Lead remote and onsite deployments, including international event support.
- Manage suppliers, budgets, staffing, and first-line operational or technical support.
- Conduct post-show reviews and use insights to influence product development.
- Improve and share delivery plans, customer journeys, best practices, tests, and operational standards.

Requirements
- Strong organizational and project-management skills, with experience delivering multiple events or workstreams to fixed deadlines.
- Confident stakeholder management and influencing skills across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and a disciplined approach to configuration and quality assurance.
- Ability to learn digital platforms quickly and test URLs, QR codes, and customer journeys.
- Experience coordinating communications, artwork, print production, suppliers, and onsite operations.
- Ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into practical recommendations.
- Customer-focused, collaborative, and adaptable, with the confidence to work independently.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally and support events onsite.
