They are looking to expand their Digital Team by recruiting a Digital Applications Support Apprentice! This apprentice will work towards an SCQF Level 6 Qualification based in their Fearn location.

Responsibilities:

• Digital finance and transaction support: Manage day-to-day finance processes using Xero, including digital invoicing, purchase order tracking, and reconciliation, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date. Microsoft Excel can be used for supplementary tracking and reporting.
• Order and stock management: Process customer orders and maintain stock records through Shopify, supporting efficient digital workflows for order fulfillment and inventory control. Microsoft Excel may assist with inventory analysis.
• Digital communication and customer engagement: Use Klaviyo to manage customer communications, send updates, and respond to queries, ensuring all interactions are logged and tracked for quality and consistency. Microsoft Outlook can be used for email and scheduling.
• Data management and digital record keeping: Maintain accurate digital files and records across Xero, Shopify, and Klaviyo, supporting compliance and easy retrieval of information for the wider team. Microsoft Word and Excel can be used for documentation.
• Workflow processing and team support: Action requests and support the team by updating digital systems, collaborating to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of tasks. Microsoft Teams may be used for communication.
• Digital reporting and documentation: Produce and update digital reports and checklists using Xero and Shopify, supporting the team with up-to-date documentation for audits and reviews. Microsoft Excel and Word can be used for reports.
• System maintenance and data validation: Assist with the ongoing maintenance and accuracy of data within Xero, Shopify, and Klaviyo, ensuring all information is current and reliable. Microsoft Excel may be used for data validation.
• Learning and process improvement: Engage with ANTA’s digital finance and operations processes, with ongoing training and support provided throughout the apprenticeship to build digital capability. Microsoft Word and Teams may be used for training and collaboration.
