Nine Twenty Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Support Apprentice to support our Founder and the rest of the team.

What’s involved?

  • Act as the first response for incoming inquiries, utilising strong problem solving skills to ensure queries are resolved efficiently and escalated accurately to the relevant stakeholders where required.
  • Utilise multiple channels to actively reach out to and engage with candidates within your area of specialism.
  • Take responsibility for creating role profiles, job adverts, social media content and thought leadership pieces, relevant to your candidates and market and advertise these via LinkedIn.
  • Offer your network insightful information to support their job search.
  • Screen and interview candidates, assessing skills, qualifications, and person fit for specific roles through interviews and evaluations – then update records via FireFish.
  • Coordinate interviews, facilitate communication between clients and candidates, and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Keep up to date with market dynamics, salary trends, and emerging technologies to provide informed advice to your network.
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities by collecting market and competitor information.

What do they need from you?

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally.

  • Great organisation skills and willing to learn.

Salary

£18,500 per annum.

Working week

35 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm, Friday 9am - 4pm.

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will gain a full time role.

Important information

This vocational apprenticeship comprehensively supports your specific job role with this particular employer. Throughout your learning journey, you are fully supported by your dedicated QA skills coach and your mentor at work. They ensure you settle in, help you develop all the skills you need to be successful in your job role and pass your assessments, and can provide one to one support.

Starting with insights into your current potential, they plan your growth in a programmatic way, close skills gaps with immersive training and ensure what you learn is applicable to what you do. They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
