At Agilico

We’re on a journey to build a better future for our people and planet. We’re proud to be the UK’s pioneering Circular-First Managed Print Services business, leading sustainability in our sector.

Instead of the traditional ‘take-make-waste’ model, where resources are used once and then discarded, our circular-first managed print services centre around refurbishing and recycling Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs) and parts wherever possible to cut carbon emissions, reduce landfill waste and provide a more cost-effective solution for our customers.

As this part of our business grows, we are seeking a passionate individual to join our dedicated team in Edinburgh working in our purpose-built refurbishment centre to extend the lifespan of technology and reduce our environmental impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Log, triage and manage service requests through Agilico's digital ticketing platform, ensuring accurate and timely updates to job statuses, parts allocation and service records.
  • Raise purchase orders and maintain accurate digital records across multiple business systems to support effective service delivery and stock management.
  • Train to become a key user and super user of Vantage Online and associated digital platforms, supporting colleagues and promoting best practice system usage.
  • Use Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Excel and Teams, to communicate, collaborate, manage information and support operational reporting.
  • Work collaboratively with engineers, workshop teams and management to prioritise workloads, coordinate resources and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Support digital stock control and inventory management processes, maintaining accurate records and producing reports to identify trends and discrepancies.
  • Maintain and manage business-critical documentation, ensuring service logs, inventory records and operational data remain accurate, compliant and audit-ready.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance digital processes, streamline workflows and improve system efficiency across the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
