Your role:

  • Will be a demanding yet highly rewarding role at the heart of the business, requiring excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • You'll gain valuable industry experience while supporting key operational and client facing processes.
  • This role is also an excellent stepping stone for career progression, with previous QA apprentices moving into positions such as Senior Lettings Negotiator, Property Manager, and Accounts Assistant, opening the door to exciting long term opportunities within the property industry.

You will be:

  • The main face of our front desk, offering a friendly and warm welcome to those visiting the office.
  • The super user of our internal system SME.
  • Working in a helpdesk environment, becoming the central point of contact for internal colleagues and also clients.
  • Responsible for responding to viewing requests, contacting clients, booking appointments and uploading electronically to the diary management system.
  • A key part of our team and will provide prompt communication updates via Teams.
  • Using Signable software package, to produce tenancy documents and send to tenants online.
  • The central point for clients and landlord, receiving phone calls, transferring calls and taking telephone messages when needed.
  • Utilising Homelet software for tenant's applications.
  • Following-up incoming references and applications to ensure client electronic files are whole and complete.

What we’re looking for:

  • Someone who’s comfortable using technology and keen to learn new digital skills.
  • Good organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicating with others (customers and teammates).
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary: £18,000 per annum.

Working hours: 35 hours a week, 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.

They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
