They are looking to expand their Digital Team by recruiting a Digital Applications Support Apprentice! This apprentice will work towards an SCQF Level 6 Qualification based in their Coatbridge location.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the Kelio time and attendance system, ensuring accurate digital records of hours worked, holidays, and sickness.
- Support the Sage HR system, assisting with data entry, system upkeep, and digital workforce management.
- Collaborate with the Stores team to help roll out and support the new Bar Coding System for tracking goods and plant movement in and out of the facility.
- Gain hands-on experience with Microsoft Nav, including raising and receipting Purchase Orders and troubleshooting system issues.
- Use Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) for tasks such as data analysis, reporting, document creation, and communication across teams.
- Work across multiple digital platforms, building experience in business systems and supporting a variety of company divisions.
- Assist with digital data quality checks and help identify opportunities for process improvement using system insights.
- Participate in digital projects and system upgrades, contributing to testing, feedback, and user support as new features are introduced.

Working hours:
- Monday - Thursday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
- Friday 8:30am-2:30pm

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
