Why Construction Civils?

Construction Civils are a recruitment organisation based in Glasgow currently looking to an apprentice to join their junior resourcing team!

They are currently hiring for a Digital Support Apprentice to support their Livingston site and work towards an SCQF Level 6 Apprenticeship Programme.

What’s involved?

  • Working in the business resource team as first response to all incoming enquiries, problem solving and ensuring calls are transferred and messages passed on accurately to internal stakeholders
  • Becoming the business superuser of Bullhorn, a bespoke CRM system designed for recruiters, working collaboratively across teams supporting colleagues where required
  • Becoming an expert in Odro supporting colleagues with business development
  • Managing shared diaries through Gmail for directors across the business
  • Obtaining worker compliance-tickets, competencies etc
  • Sending out business terms and conditions to new clients and tracking these via Google Sheets
  • Sending Mailshots through Outlook to attract new candidates

What do they need from you?

  • Excellent customer service skills and clear communication with clients and colleagues
  • Be a strong team player
  • Good communication skills

Working week:

  • Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5pm
  • 8.30am - 4pm on a Friday
