As an Apprentice Digital Support Apprentice at ABP Wessex in Northallerton, you will primarily assist internal users, helping them maximize the use of various digital systems and software to enhance organizational efficiency and operations.

As part of your role, you will also contribute to the development and improvement of digital support processes and documentation, enhancing the overall digital support framework at ABP.

Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and apply foundational knowledge in digital technologies and IT support.
- Assist users with digital systems under supervision, learning effective customer service skills in IT.
- Collaborate with Service Desk Level 1 team, learning hands-on technical support.
- Assist clients in accessing and receiving services, offering coaching and support in digital system usage.
- Engage in continuous learning activities, including workshops and training sessions.
- Contribute to digital service improvement and knowledge base documentation.
- Support the adaptation and exploitation of technology changes to meet organizational objectives.
- Ensure efficient use of digital office technologies, productivity software, and digital communications tools.
- Provide support to external customers and clients through various digital channels.
- Assist internal users in maximizing the use of digital technologies.
- Support external users in completing and submitting data remotely and help diagnose and resolve their digital tool access and usage problems.
