Digital applications are at the core of every successful business. Every company uses digital applications; some, like Microsoft Office, are common to many, while others are specialised for your employer.
The Role
Starting as an apprentice, your role will involve supporting your colleagues with various duties. This could include:
- Triaging telephone enquiries
- Taking notes
- Logging them into a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system – which manages interactions with customers – and confirming by email.

The Apprenticeship
While working your normal duties for 80% of the time, you devote 20% of your time to completing, a recognised digital skills qualification - SCQF Level 6 Digital Applications Support Apprenticeship.
Gaining your qualification will be a fantastic kick start to your career.
Salary
From £16,000 - £18,000 per annum
