Digital Support Apprentice

They have had a lot of success with apprentices in the last number of years and are looking to replicate this by bringing on another apprentice to grow within the business. Many of the apprentices they have taken on across multiple disciplines have progressed within the business so it is an excellent company to grow with.

What will I be doing?

• Work to become a super user of the SWGR WorkSafe platform to support user administration activities by creating and updating accounts, ensuring new users have appropriate access before commencing work
• Act as a first responder to incoming enquiries through phone and email by providing customer support, maintaining records, supporting reception activities and assisting colleagues effectively
• Use digital systems such as work calendars and Excel to process client timesheet information, maintain accurate records and ensure payroll and finance data is updated in a timely and compliant manner
• Maintain and update operational databases and digital records, ensuring information is accurate, secure and compliant with internal and external audit requirements
• Produce and maintain reports by gathering and analysing information from multiple internal systems, using Microsoft Excel and other business applications to support operational decision-making
• Create, manage and share business documents, spreadsheets, emails and digital correspondence using Microsoft Office applications, Adobe software and web-based databases to support day-to-day business operations
