Digital Support Apprentice - Job Ref: 8073878
Jackton Moor are kitchen, bedroom and bathroom specialist providing custom designs to provide unique requirements. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team in East Kilbride within the procurement department. This is an entry-level position which offers an exciting opportunity for an apprentice to join the team and work under their IT Manager.
The successful candidate will be based in the office alongside a small vibrant and fun team. They work hard and get on well and will be there to ensure you enjoy your work… while getting the job done! You will develop skills by working on different systems and expanding your digital and IT knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Working as a first-response to the sales team with regards to costing and updating catalogues
- Becoming an expert utilising TruBlu system Easy Quote for managing and pricing orders
- Utilizing EQ to manage bulk orders, invoices and workforce
- Creating purchase orders and processing invoices
- Using Excel to create reports on pricing to save organisational costs
- Managing finance documents and supplier details
- Building relationships with software companies with regards to codes and pricing for the sales team
- Using online shared drives and online client portals to update order information daily
- Using Microsoft packages daily in relation to updating spreadsheets and emailing with Outlook

Working week
- Monday to Thursday 8am – 4:45pm
- Friday 8am – 2:15pm
