The business has a recent history of supporting Modern Apprentices, offering them the opportunity to progress within the company and undertake further training.

About The Role

Inext Works are looking to take on a Digital Applications Apprentice who will be part of a team playing a key part of maintaining client records and supporting the busy office function. With a relaxed culture, early finish on Fridays and dress-down days, Inext Works provides the perfect environment for anyone starting their career. Responsibilities

  • Oversee, respond and action company client Microsoft Outlook mailboxes
  • Becoming an expert in all MS packages, such MS Word for audio typing and creating digital files, generating forms and other documents
  • Collaborative system use of Microsoft Sharepoint
  • Remote access work on Employee Intranet
  • First response for customer calls and provide clear, positive, accurate responses via internal telephony system
  • Monitor and action internal Whatsapp employee groups
  • Update tracking systems via Microsoft Excel
  • Compile client quotations via Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
  • Log, monitor and action client quotations and works instructions through to completion via Excel

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 5pm, Friday 8:30am – 2:30pm
