About The Role
As our Digital Systems Administrator, you'll play an important role in keeping the digital platforms our Ambassadors use every day running smoothly. Working within our Ambassador Development team and reporting to the Digital Systems Executive, you'll support the administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of our digital ecosystem, helping to deliver a seamless experience for our Ambassador community across both the UK and US markets.
This is a varied, detail-focused role spanning our Web Ordering site, eLearning platform, content management system, asset library, AI Chatbot, Events Platform and CRM app. You'll work closely with our Digital team and cross-functional partners to support launches, promotions and platform improvements, while identifying and resolving issues before they impact our Ambassadors.
You don't need to arrive knowing every platform we use. What matters is that you're organised, digitally confident and naturally curious, with a sharp eye for detail and a genuine desire to understand how things work. If you enjoy bringing order to complex systems, spotting the things others might miss and taking pride in getting the details right, you'll thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day administration and upkeep of our Ambassador digital platforms, ensuring information remains accurate, current and easy to access.
- Perform regular audits across Ambassador systems, including our UK and US platforms, identifying inconsistencies and ensuring information is correctly maintained.
- Manage SKU and digital product set-up across relevant systems, ensuring product information, pricing and availability are accurate and up to date.
- Upload, organise and maintain content and digital assets across our Web Ordering site, eLearning platform, content management system, asset library, AI Chatbot, Events Platform and CRM app, ensuring resources are accurate, accessible and easy to find.
- Support the Digital Systems Executive and wider Digital team with offers, campaigns, product launches and promotional activity across our platforms.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure digital requirements are understood, prepared and delivered accurately and on time.
- Conduct platform testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), for new products, promotions and platform enhancements, documenting, troubleshooting and escalating issues where required.
- Assist Ambassador Support with queries relating to Ambassador digital systems, providing clear and accurate information.
- Support the set-up and administration of digital systems for online and live events.
- Support the organisation and delivery of Ambassador communications where required.
- Work alongside the Digital Systems Executive and third-party partners to support new platform features, enhancements and continuous improvements.
- Share ideas and insights that contribute to platform roadmaps, helping identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and the Ambassador experience.
- Provide wider administrative support to the Digital team, including form creation, documentation and maintaining clear records and processes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
