Are you passionate about digital and want to make a real difference to how customers access services? We’re looking for a Digital Systems Analyst to help us develop, improve and shape PA Housing’s digital self-service products.

This is a varied role where you’ll bring together digital, technology and customer experience. You’ll help manage the full product lifecycle, from developing the vision and roadmap through to testing, implementation and performance analysis, making sure our digital services meet both business and customer needs.

You’ll work closely with our customers, colleagues, developers and digital partners to understand what’s working, identify opportunities to improve and turn feedback and data into better digital experiences. You’ll also lead our Digital Working Group, giving customers a real opportunity to help shape the services they use.

What’s in it for you…

In addition to the salary, we offer a number of benefits, including:

  • High street discount schemes
  • Health cash plans
  • 26 days’ annual leave, increasing to 29 after three years, with the opportunity to buy more
  • Flexible bank holidays – take them when it suits you
  • Car leasing scheme
  • Hybrid working – offering you the flexibility to thrive in your role. You'll have the opportunity to blend the best of both worlds, spending approximately two to three days per week in the office once settled in the role. This is flexible and depends on meeting cycles and board activity. We also offer an optional nine-day fortnight scheme, allowing you to compress your hours if it suits the role.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Develop and maintain the vision, roadmap and priorities for PA Housing’s digital self-service products, ensuring they deliver value for customers and the organisation
  • Work closely with developers, digital partners and internal teams to deliver, test and continuously improve MyPA and other digital services
  • Lead the Digital Working Group, working with residents and colleagues to gather feedback, understand customer needs and ensure customers help shape digital services
  • Manage digital projects from planning through to delivery, including changes, processes and integrations with APIs and back-office systems
  • Monitor digital product performance, customer engagement and key measures, using data and customer insight to identify trends and drive improvements
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and digital partners, supporting procurement, evaluation and delivery while ensuring value for money
  • Develop and coordinate digital customer engagement and training, helping residents and colleagues build confidence and make better use of digital services
  • Identify and promote new digital opportunities, technologies and ways of working, while maintaining clear guidance, training materials and communications to support adoption

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
