Tamar Fresh Ltd is a leading food manufacturing and wholesale business in the South West. Alongside our wholesale operations, we also operate ecommerce and digital ordering systems supporting both B2B and B2C customers.
We are looking for a Digital Systems & IT Support Apprentice
We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Digital Systems & IT Support Apprentice to join our growing business and help support, improve, and maintain the digital systems that keep our operations running smoothly.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about technology, systems, and problem-solving who wants hands-on experience across IT support, ecommerce, digital operations, and business systems within a fast-paced real-world environment.
The role follows the Level 3 Digital Support Technician apprenticeship standard.

What you'll be doing:
- Supporting day-to-day IT and digital operations across the business
- Assisting with the setup and maintenance of computers, devices, printers, and networks
- Supporting e-commerce and digital ordering systems
- Helping maintain business software and cloud platforms, including Microsoft 365
- Troubleshooting technical issues for staff and resolving first-line support requests
- Assisting with the implementation of new digital systems and technologies
- Supporting warehouse and operational technology, including barcode and label systems
- Helping improve business processes through technology and automation
- Maintaining system documentation and user guides
- Supporting cybersecurity and data management best practices

Bonus experience (not essential):
- Microsoft 365
- WordPress or WooCommerce
- Networking basics
- E-commerce systems
- Hardware setup and troubleshooting
- Excel or reporting tools
