We are a specialist Awarding Organisation, providing qualifications in counselling, psychotherapy, life coaching, and supervision. We are looking for a detail-focused, analytical individual who is motivated by problem-solving and continuous improvement to join our Operations team as a Digital Systems Support Analyst. This role offers an excellent opportunity to add value within a supportive environment, working at the heart of CPCAB’s digital systems and platforms.
This role is available as either a fully remote or a blended working position with our head office being located in Glastonbury, Somerset.
Responsibilities
- Providing first-line support for CPCAB’s digital systems, including the CPCAB Portal, supporting internal teams, centres, and tutors
- Triaging and managing system queries and issues via the ticketing system, resolving where possible and escalating appropriately
- Investigating and recreating reported bugs to support accurate diagnosis and resolution
- Supporting system development and improvement activities, including testing new features
- Creating and maintaining user guides, support articles, and system documentation
- Assisting with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of online forms, data collections, and digital workflows
- Administering user accounts, permissions, and access rights across CPCAB systems
- Maintaining data accuracy and integrity through routine processing and quality checks
- Running SQL queries to support reporting, troubleshooting, and system monitoring

Requirements
The successful candidate will have a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users. They will be confident working independently, comfortable analysing data and systems, and motivated by improving digital processes and user experience. Experience of working with databases, testing tools, and digital platforms is essential, and an interest in new and emerging technologies is highly valued.
