Digital Technology & Data Specialist
Henry Seymour (part of Jensten Group) is looking for a curious, hands-on Digital Technology & Data Specialist to join and help shape the technology and digital capabilities behind our growing insurance business.
Based out of our Sutton office, with a hybrid working arrangement, you’ll work across our Tradesman Saver and Salon Gold brands, supporting the digital journeys, data and technology behind approximately 60,000 policies.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, exploring new technology and turning ideas into practical improvements. You don’t need to have managed a large technology function or know everything already. What matters is your enthusiasm, technical curiosity, willingness to learn and ability to get things done.
Working closely with our Digital Operations Manager, marketing teams, group technology colleagues and external specialists, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact while developing your skills across a broad range of digital disciplines.
What will you be doing?
Digital Technology & Platforms
- Help develop and deliver improvements to our websites, quote-and-buy journeys, CRM and customer technology.
- Work with external developers to turn business ideas into clear requirements, coordinate projects and test new releases.
- Help improve integrations between our systems, reduce manual processes and make the customer journey smoother.
- Research new technologies and identify opportunities to improve how we work.
Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Support our website tracking, GA4, attribution and data quality, helping us understand how customers interact with our brands.
- Build and maintain dashboards that bring together website performance, quotes, conversions, policies, revenue and marketing results.
- Investigate data gaps and work with our specialists and group data team to resolve issues.
- Develop your knowledge of data infrastructure, analytics and reporting, bringing more capability in-house over time.
Digital Growth & Conversion Optimisation
- Help improve our online customer journeys by identifying friction points and opportunities to increase conversion.
- Coordinate testing and experimentation, including A/B testing, heat mapping and session recordings.
- Work with our marketing team and external partners to turn insights into measurable improvements.
- Monitor results, share findings and help shape our ongoing programme of digital improvements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
