We're Hiring: Digital Tourism Marketing Executive
Remote — United Kingdom
Full-Time
Level: Entry-Level / Junior / Associate
💰 Base Salary: £3,000+ per Month
Guaranteed base salary of £3,000+ per month, with potential for additional performance-based incentives.
We're looking for a creative, organised, and customer-focused Digital Tourism Marketing Executive to support digital marketing, tourism campaigns, customer engagement, content coordination, and brand growth across the travel and hospitality sector.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys travel, digital marketing, content creation, social media, customer engagement, and developing creative ideas to promote travel and hospitality experiences. You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative, remote-first environment, supporting digital tourism marketing initiatives and engaging with customers across online channels.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support digital marketing campaigns across travel and tourism channels
- Create and coordinate engaging content for social media, websites, email, and other digital platforms
- Promote travel destinations, accommodation, experiences, and hospitality services
- Support tourism marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
- Communicate with customers and online audiences in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor customer engagement, enquiries, feedback, and online interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams, hotels, travel providers, and hospitality partners
- Assist with social media management and digital community engagement
- Help maintain consistent brand messaging across digital channels
- Research travel trends, destinations, customer preferences, and tourism opportunities
- Track campaign performance and help identify opportunities for improvement
- Support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives
- Assist with developing creative ideas to increase awareness and engagement
- Maintain accurate marketing, customer, and campaign records
- Help improve the overall digital customer experience

What We're Looking For
- Entry-level, junior, or associate-level candidates are welcome
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with an interest in digital marketing and tourism
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable communicating with customers and audiences online
- Interest in social media, content creation, digital marketing, travel, tourism, or hospitality
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Previous experience in digital marketing, tourism, hospitality, social media, content creation, or customer service is a plus, but not essential
