Hybrid working, 2 days at head office and 3 days working from home, plus flexi core hours.

We're looking for a Digital Trade Assistant to join our Digital team at Ann Summers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career in ecommerce, digital trading and online merchandising within one of the UK's most iconic retail brands.
The role
Working closely with the Digital Trading Executive, you'll help drive the performance of our websites by ensuring products, content and campaigns are accurately represented online. From launching new products and updating site content to analysing performance and identifying trading opportunities, you'll play an important role in delivering an engaging and commercially successful customer experience.
- Supporting the day-to-day trading and merchandising of the Ann Summers website.
- Uploading products and catalogues through Salesforce.
- Updating product imagery, content and product detail pages.
- Assisting with website testing, quality checks and site functionality reviews.
- Monitoring website performance and supporting with analytics and reporting.
- Conducting regular site reviews to ensure content is accurate and up to date.
- Supporting the visual merchandising of the website alongside the Digital Trading team.
- Managing and enriching product data through our PIM platform.
- Be a true ambassador, championing our people values at all times.

- A keen interest in ecommerce, digital merchandising or online retail.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Comfortable working with data, systems and multiple priorities.
- A proactive and curious approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with different teams.
- A passion for delivering outstanding online customer experiences.
